A warm holiday greeting from us to you…
Thank you for following MYC4 – we look forward to reach new levels in 2012 together with you!!
Though the MYC4 head office in Copenhagen is closed between Christmas and New Year, it does not mean that the business environment in Africa is closed… quite opposite, there will be plenty of businesses on the platform for you to fund so don’t hold yourself back on this front!
It could even be that you have not found all your Christmas gifts yet, well, a MYC4 account with a small amount on it would be a nice present to give as well as receive…
Merry Christmas + happy New Year to you!!

Hope your Christmas and new years went well… and 2012 will be more profitable for all concerned…
Open question, why is that if a provider doesn’t or can’t be bothered answering or questions… are they are allowed to keep uploading loans???
Would of thought that part of the conditions on providers was open communication and continuous disclosure with investors??
Hi Dennis
Do you have a specific example/provider in mind?
Regards,
Githa
Specific Provider:
Gatsby Microfinance Ltd.
and example: Mamadi Adam Saleh which was posted: 30.11.2011
no reply until i posted again on the 1st of this month and finally got a reply…
And that was after no info since late August…
maybe i am just been too simplistic in my assumptions about open communication between financial service provider and investor..
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too.
I look forward to 2012 – and to see what we can drive MYC4.com to.
Best regards
Claus
Funny, I looked at available loans on the platform and there isn’t even half a page. When will there be more loans to bid on?
Hi,
January is normally a slow month for MFIs in Africa due to the beginning of the school year. There is a high risk of diversion of funds as many borrowers will have school fees, school uniforms, books etc. to take care of. We are expecting to get back to business as usual very soon though.
Best,
Githa
